John McDonough, President of the Chicago Blackhawks and long time resident of Elk Grove Village, brought the Stanley Cup to the town’s annual parade. Riding on a float decked out in Blackhawks Decor, McDonough hoisted the Cup for all to see. Droves of people dressed in Hawks Apparel crowded the streets in hopes of catching a glance of the prized trophy.
