Chicago Cubs Pick Up Jeff Baker from Colorado Rockies

Recently off the DL, Jeff Baker comes to the Chicago Cubs from the Colorado Rockies where he had a .130 batting average. The Utility Infielder was traded to the Cubs for Relief Pitcher Alberto Alburquerque. Since 2005, he's hit .257, had 22 home runs, and 88 RBIs in 231 games.
